Exchange and Return Policy

If you need to exchange or return a garment, you have 5 days after purchase to do so.

To start the process:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp at +57 3229675566 .

  2. We will give you the address to send the product.

Important conditions:

  • The product must be perfect : The garment must be unworn, clean, with all accessories, and in its original packaging. To avoid staining, we recommend trying it on over other clothing.

  • Shipping costs : You must pay the shipping costs for both the return and replacement products. We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments.

  • Product Review : Once we receive the item, we'll review it. If it meets all the requirements, we'll exchange it or refund your money.

What happens if the product doesn't meet the conditions? If the garment isn't in perfect condition, we'll return it to you without an exchange or refund. You'll be responsible for the cost of this new shipment.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR BIKINIS
Since it is a garment for personal use, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

Warranty Policy

The garments have a 30-day (1) month warranty, counting from receipt.

If the product has any manufacturing defect, we apologize for the inconvenience.

To start the process:

  2. We will give you instructions on how to send the product to us.

Important conditions:

  • Proper Use: The warranty only applies if the washing and care instructions that come with the garment have been followed.

  • If the product is altered: If we find that the defect is due to misuse or failure to follow instructions, we cannot apply the warranty. In this case, we will return the item to you, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
